CARA COOK

is the President and CEO of our team. Her experience comprises nearly 20 years of external and internal advisory work within the Healthcare industry. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, labor management, ER throughput, OR throughput, patient flow, clinical process and financial improvement work at for-profit hospitals, division-wide systems, and large academic medical centers.

NATALIE HEIDEL

is our VP of Operations. Over the past 15 years, Natalie has educated diverse healthcare leaders in varied settings. From 1:1 coaching for new leaders, to hands-on bed management system training in computers labs, to delivering labor management education to full auditoriums, Natalie excels in enriching knowledge and skills across the healthcare sector.

TARYN SCHUELKE

is our Psychosocial Educator and Operations Consultant. With over 13 years of psychosocial care and program leadership experience, she is highly skilled in communication strategies, patient experience, community outreach, multimodal education, and resource development. Taryn believes educating healthcare leaders is key to facilitating the highest quality of care for patients and their families.

SUSIE LAW

is the Nurse executive on our team. With over 35 years of executive healthcare leadership experience, she possesses an extensive knowledge of clinical/hospital operations, quality, informatics, and leadership/organizational development. A highly experienced professional speaker and coach/mentor, Susie has designed and taught clinical and healthcare leadership courses from the classroom to the national program level. She ascribes to the Francis Bacon quote, “Knowledge is power!”

CHAD MOSES

With an atypical start in healthcare finance, the early part of Chad’s Career was spent in organizational development where he obtained a professional certificate in Training and instructional design. Chad brings close to 20 years of healthcare experience in financial operations, decision support, business intelligence, strategic planning, labor management, patient flow, and financial improvement work but he also strives towards educating others to do the same.
